Refund Policy

1. Overview

Because CEO Capital is a marketplace, each Seller is the merchant of record for its own sales and is responsible for its refund and return decisions. CEO Capital facilitates approved refunds through the payment provider.

2. Requesting a refund

Buyers should contact the Seller they purchased from. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through the payment provider (such as Stripe).

3. Timeframes

Once a refund is approved, it is typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on the payment method and the payment provider.

4. Platform fee on refunds

Where a full refund is issued, our platform service fee may be returned or retained depending on the transaction and the payment provider’s rules. This is disclosed to Sellers.

5. Chargebacks and disputes

If a Buyer opens a payment dispute or chargeback, it is handled through the payment provider’s dispute process. Sellers are responsible for providing supporting evidence.
